POLICIES

NO PET WILL LEAVE UNTIL THEY ARE OLD ENOUGH AND I FEEL THEY ARE READY TO BE ON THEIR OWN – NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS!!!

·         HEALTH GUARENTEE - EVERY pet at Little Furry Critters is guaranteed healthy at the time of sale.  You will have 48 hours to inform me of any health conditions or death.      You will have to show me proof of the cause of death or illness (Proof must come from a veterinarian and the vet cost will not be refunded).   If a pet bought from Little Furry Critters dies in that 48 hours and vet proof shows that this was present before sale, then full refund, or replacement pet  will be given (this will not include shipping cost).  IF you feel something is wrong with your pet, take it to a veterinarian.  This vet must also be unrelated and not a member of your family for this health guarantee to be valid. 

·         SHIPPING GUARENTEE –  I can not guarantee any pet that is shipped.  There are too many factors once a pet is dropped off at the airport and out of my hands.   All pets have to see a vet to get flying clearance so they are shipped healthy from the vet.  There is no telling what could happen to a pet when it leaves my care.  I recommend the new owner pays for the optional shipping insurance from the airlines.  IF A PET IS SHIPPED THE BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SHIPPING.  These costs include shipping, shipping crate, vet health cert, and any other shipping costs that can occur.  These will be paid in advance and you will receive a breakdown of all costs.  

·         DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS – When you are contacted/or contact me about an animal I have available, I will let you know the cost and any important details about the particular pet you are inquiring or being contacted about.   If you decide you want a pet from Little Furry Critters, you will have 10 days to send or deliver a 50% deposit.  This deposit will be put toward the payment of your pet.  The deposit can be sent as a check or money order, or delivered in cash.  The other 50% is due when you pick your new pet up.  The final cost MUST BE RECEIVED IN CASH ONLY.   The deposit is nonrefundable should you change your mind on your particular pet.  Should the pet become ill, or die while still in my care, a refund or new pet will be honored.

·         PICK UP – YOU will have TWO WEEKS, to pick up your new Furry Little Critter from the leave date.  If your new pet is not picked up after two weeks, you will forfeit all deposits, and money put down on your pet.  Your pet will become available to the next person interested.  You must PICK UP your pet from me.  We DO NOT deliver.  We may meet somewhere for an extra fee, but that will be at our discretion and depending on our availability.
